Stephen Vitiello was born in 1964 in Richmond, Va. He lives and works in Richmond and New York. Stephen is both a sound and media artist that uses sound and sound effects to define the form and atmosphere of a spatial environment. I believe it takes a tremendous amount of patience and time to put the right combination of sounds together to produce effective works. Paul Pfeiffer was born in Honolulu, Hawai.

Where people lie on their backs in a room, while sound and colored light emanate from a giant speaker installed in the ceiling. In this way, Vitiello utterly manipulates our environment as we experience his work, and thus manipulates the overall experience.

Jenny Holzer went to O hio University, Rhode Island School of Design, and the Independent Study Program at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Holzer was originally an abstract artist, focusing on painting and printmaking; after moving to New York City.
